Being able to put on a great event is one thing, to coordinate it with city and state level events is completely another. Here is our transparent calendar listing events within our inital range and the status of the progress toward getting booked into the event. Please be patient with us as we contact the event organizers and await their responses. We promise to update the progress statuses as soon as we can cornfirm the bookings with those venues.

Here are the stages we will list in order: Researching → Planning → Awaiting Response → Booked or Cancelled

Typically our researching is going to the event prior to contacting the event organizers for the following year.

Planning is what we will be doing between researching and sending out our interest in participating in their event. Then it is the actual communication to the E/Os and awaiting their replies. Included here is also the agreements and other necessary paperwork negotiations. This can be tedious but absolutely critical for being agreed upon by both parties. There's no guarentee from one year's event to the next that we can participate, but we will endeavour to repeat as much as we can.
